Bad news. Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin’s lawyer, says in a statement issued on Tuesday:

David Hans Schmidt offered $100 million for Britney Spears??? Sex Tape. He has doubled the offer of News Of The World. They offered $50 million for this sex tape featuring Britney. David said that even if News Of The World get the tape they could hardly get the money back.

It was a party at Roosevelt Hotel and Lindsay attended the party which is not surprising at all. Lindsay appeared in a looking-through dress which is not surprising neither as many celebrities think of parties as a chance to show off their breasts, legs, etc. Lindsay seems to be one of such celebrities.
