Well I don???t know if that???s official or not but it sure does seem to be that Paris Hilton has had more nipple slips than anyone else in Hollywood. That girl can???t seem to keep her tits in her shirt if her life depended on it. Maybe Paris will learn how to avoid nipple slips while she is in prison for 23 days.
